B-boying and b-girling emerged in the 70’s when DJ’s were looping ‘breaks’ on records and was popularised in the 80’s through mainstream media resulting in the sweeping term ‘breakdancing’. Breakin’ and b-boying consists of top rock, down rock, powermoves and freezes.

Workshops:

You can choose from either one of introduction workshops to sessional lessons up to 20 students. We successfully run term long programs in several Bendigo Secondary colleges.

In partnership with agencies or schools we can tailor workshops to themes or communicate wellbeing messages. For example drug and alcohol, mental health, cyber-bullying. The strength of our workshops is the youth to youth delivery- heightening peer receptiveness to your key message. We can also partner with you for funding submissions.

Feedback: ‘ hip hop on Fridays is the best part of the school week for me- I dig it big time!’
